HOW IT's WORKS

The Purposes of this function to allows utility to get a real time reading and data collection from the Meter directly (Not from Concentrator database) to:

• Monitor Meter Status. 

• Help Customer service to check meter operation status.

• Connect/disconnect power incase of closing/opening meter account (Frozen Meter/Account).

• Print a real time Invoice (out of Monthly one) before Frozen Account/Meter.

• Activate New account for same frozen meter.

• Help IT and planing departmes to have real time information.

• Monitor Real time Demand, Interval and Tariff.
