• Monthly billing: Reading of meters on a monthly basis and the identification of users who are consuming in significant excess of their prepayment.

• Consumer statement: Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly.

• District Statement: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, season and Yearly.

• Town/Country Statement: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, season and Yearly.

• Statement of Frozen account.

• Statement of transferring account.

• Statement of deleting account.

• Collection of monthly prepayments from consumers by direct debit.

• Prepairing shut-off list based on consumer's credit  level and send auto alarm notice for each consumer.
